Purpose and required information
The enquiry form collects your company name, contact name and job title, work email or phone, and primary needs to handle enterprise trials, licensing quotations, renewal or update quotations, or technical and partnership enquiries. Required details are needed to create a form enquiry; you can also contact info@huorong.hk.
Renewal or update enquiries also collect the existing serial number and service code solely to verify the licence and follow up on a quotation. Only submit licence details you are authorised to manage; do not provide administrator passwords.
Storage and use
The enquiry system stores information under a reference number in a protected enquiry database on the Hong Kong website server. This is separate from the enterprise product's on-premise deployment. Submitting the form does not automatically send an email.
Information is used to process and follow up your enquiry by authorised website administrators and the AL-TOUCH SOLUTIONS LIMITED support team. This form does not obtain direct-marketing consent.
Retention and your data rights
To access, correct or request deletion of your enquiry data, email info@huorong.hk with your reference number. Retention arrangements should be reviewed against enquiry processing and necessary business records.
